Topcon Positioning Systems in Italy seeks a Senior System Test Engineer to validate construction and machine control solutions at our Concordia sulla Secchia facility. You will lead testing across bench, lab, and outdoor environments, collaborating with global teams to ensure product quality.

You will mentor junior engineers, drive test processes, and participate in cross-functional reviews. The role combines office and field work in a dynamic, international setting with opportunities to

Competenze

• Experience in QA, system testing, software testing, engineering, surveying, or another technical field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a methodical approach to testing.
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude, with interest in construction, agriculture, GPS/GNSS, or 3D machine control technologies.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with international teams.
• Good English communication skills.
• Driving licence required; experience with construction machinery is a plus.

Mansioni

• Lead system testing for Topcon Construction and Machine Control products.
• Plan and perform bench, lab, and outdoor field testing on machines and equipment.
• Investigate technical issues, reproduce customer cases, and provide clear verification reports.
• Collaborate with engineering, R&D, software, hardware, product, and support teams to improve product quality.
• Mentor QA and System Test Engineers and contribute to better testing processes.
