LTM in Italy is seeking an experienced IT professional to join our team as an Incident and L3 support specialist. You will translate business needs into technical requirements, analyze change requests, and guide developers through implementation.

You will support development teams, supervise testing and modifications, ensure up-to-date documentation, monitor compliance, and drive permanent solutions for recurring incidents.

Competenze

• Experience of Incident handling and problem solving in a L3 support team.
• Experience in projects dealing with File interfaces and protocols.

Mansioni

• Work closely with product owners to understand and translate business objectives into technical requirements
• Analyzing new change requests design solutions and guide developers in implementation
• Supporting the development teams and supervising the design testing and modification stages
• Ensure uptodate documentations
• Keep track of compliance requirements and adhere to the schedule
• Expert in finding root causes for incidents bugs and help in getting to permanent solutions of recurring incidents
