TeamSystem in Milano seeks an experienced Incident Manager to design, implement and govern a robust Incident Management framework across our product portfolio. You will act as central orchestrator during critical events, ensuring availability and trust for our customers.

You will lead cross-functional responses with Technical Teams, Product Owners, DPO, Legal, Cybersecurity and Customer Success, drive post-mortems and blameless root-cause analyses, and translate incidents into actionable

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years experience in Incident Management or high-stakes Technical Operations.
• Experience in 24x7x365 operations with SLAs and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to navigate stakeholders across countries and business units with diplomacy.
• Proven experience in defining and scaling processes with standardized frameworks.
• Outstanding communication skills for leadership during critical situations.
