Esyen is seeking a Bid & Contract Specialist to join the Commercial Department on a full-time basis, based in Avezzano (AQ) or Rome, Italy. You will identify opportunities, manage bids end-to-end, and prepare competitive proposals while coordinating with technical teams and stakeholders.

Requirements include a relevant degree, 5+ years in bid management or related roles, and fluent English with excellent Italian. The role offers exposure to major space programs and a performance-based bonus.

Competenze

• Requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Bid Management, Business Development or related roles.
• Space industry experience is preferred.

Mansioni

• Identify, monitor and assess new tender opportunities aligned with growth strategy.
• Lead and coordinate the full bid lifecycle from assessment to proposal submission.
• Prepare high-quality technical and commercial proposals meeting requirements.
• Build relationships with customers, partners and prime contractors throughout bidding and contracts.
• Coordinate contracts to ensure successful execution and obligations fulfillment.
• Support business development by identifying new opportunities with clients.
