Thales Alenia Space in Italy seeks a Bids and Projects Manager to orchestrate forecast programs, prepare PBS/WBS/OBS, and contribute to risk and opportunities management. You will ensure on-time deliverables and support major program reviews and bid gates.

The role requires a master degree in engineering, fluent English, and strong project management skills. The position offers permanent employment in Rome with a performance bonus and a mobility policy across Europe.

Competenze

Master degree in engineering or related field.
Fluent English required for international programs.
Proven ability to manage complex multiprogram environments.
Experience in planning, monitoring and leadership of projects.

Mansioni

Ensure support to manage resources of forecast programs per approved commercial scenario.
Contribute to competitiveness improvement actions and results.
Harmonize and standardize executive reporting.
Participate in major Program Reviews and Bid Gates.
Define PBS, WBS, OBS and Master Schedule for bids and projects.
Analyze performance, identify risks and define corrective actions.
Maintain Risks & Opportunities Register and action plans.
Produce KPIs and ensure follow-up of actions.
