Thales Alenia Space, a joint venture between Thales and Leonardo, is seeking a Bid - Proposal manager in Torino, Italy. You will coordinate a multidisciplinary bid team and ensure proposal coherence across programmatic, financial, and technical volumes.

The role requires a degree in Economics or Management Engineering, strong leadership and coordination, and excellent English. Permanent contract with a fixed salary range and a performance bonus potential.

Mansioni

• Contributes and ensures the coordination of all Work Package Manager (WPM) activities for the preparation of the bid and the initial project baseline which will be transferred to the Project Manager.
• Contributes to the assessment of alternative solutions.
• Contributes to the identification of customer selection criteria and hot buttons.
• Contributes to the definition of the Make/Team/Buy strategy and for the involvement of KIP, the Industrial & contractual strategy.
• Supervise the Compliance status of all proposal elements, ensuring proposal schedule is respected.
• Identify the supply chain to set up for the project.
• Support preparation of internal documentation for Gates approval.
• Manage and plan the activities of the Bid team focused on the preparation and writing of the proposal and associated documentation.
• Define the proposal template, list of annexes, and documentation—in line with the customer request and sales policy.
• Prepare storyboards and mockups.
• Ensure coherence among various elements (programmatic, financial, technical), reflected in the various volumes and contributions (e.g., supplier proposals).
• Ensure the proposal schedule is met.
• Support Red Team organization and manage feedback and reworking activities.
