Appian is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant in Rome, Italy, to bridge business challenges with cutting-edge technology. You will architect bespoke Proof of Concepts (POCs) and Proof of Values (POVs) for Fortune 500 prospects, working closely with Account Executives to achieve regional sales goals.
You will present complex architectures to C-level stakeholders, drive technical validation across RFPs, and collaborate with Product Management to influence the roadmap.
Competenze
- Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/IT/IS/related field.
- 5+ years in Solutions Consulting, Pre-Sales, or similar enterprise roles.
- Fluent in Italian and English; able to travel up to 70%.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SQL, databases, and cloud environments.
- Proven track record delivering demos, custom prototypes, or POCs/POVs for enterprise customers.

- Lead technical strategy with Account Executives to hit regional sales goals.
- Architect and deliver high-quality, custom POCs/POVs for enterprise customers.
- Engage executive buyers and present complex architectures to C-level audiences.
- Own technical validation for RFPs, RFIs, and client proposals.
- Influence Product Roadmap by sharing real-world requirements with Product Management.
- Scale the organization by creating reusable assets and mentoring junior SCs.
