Job summary

SimCorp is seeking a Technical Enablement professional to strengthen value streams by enabling automated testing, DevOps practices, and scalable infrastructure. You will partner with architects and business experts to deliver reliable end-to-end tests and robust configurations.

Key requirements include C# proficiency, Azure and DevOps experience, and infrastructure as code expertise. You will work in a collaborative, transformation-driven environment with global teams and modern tooling.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in C# with at least 5 years of experience.
• Experience with DevOps principles, CI/CD & PowerShell scripting.
• Azure networking and related certifications.
• DevOps mindset and test driven development.
• Practical experience with Azure and related technologies (Azure DevOps pipelines, Function apps, Service bus, Cosmos DB).
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code (Bicep or Terraform).
• Ability to drive transformation, and curiosity to learn about business processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively, remain self-motivated, and consistently deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the value stream, focusing on efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
• Create automated end to end tests based on input from business experts and architects.
• Guide business consultants in developing configuration in a DevOps approach.
• Monitor, react on, and debug failing tests.
• First level tech support on infrastructure, tools and processes.
• Manage end to end infrastructure.
• Develop tools to support integrated tests.
