SimCorp is seeking an IT Support Consultant to join the Technical Enablement team in Milano. You will tackle infrastructure, tooling, and configuration challenges, read and debug code when needed, and help improve delivery reliability in a modern, collaborative environment.

You will work with developers, architects, and consultants to resolve blockers, own issues end-to-end, and support test environments and DevOps-based practices.

Competenze

• Experience in technical support, application support, IT operations, software delivery, DevOps, or a similar technical role.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate incidents and identify root causes.
• Ability to take ownership of issues and drive them through to resolution, coordinating with multiple stakeholders when needed.
• Basic understanding of software development principles and the software delivery lifecycle.
• Experience with, or willingness to work with, technologies and tools such as multiple items listed.

• Provide first-line technical support for infrastructure, tooling, environments, and development processes.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and coordinate resolution of technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Take ownership of problems from initial investigation through successful resolution.
• Support and maintain test environments and end-to-end infrastructure.
• Monitor automated test executions and analyze failures to identify root causes.
• Collaborate with software engineers, architects, business consultants, and product teams to resolve delivery blockers.
