The Technical Enablement team within the Value Stream Management Office (VMO) plays a critical role in supporting value stream teams by providing the foundational technical capabilities, frameworks, and infrastructure required to ensure efficient, scalable, and high‑quality delivery. The team enables consistent execution across value streams through support for configuration management, end‑to‑end testing, and infrastructure‑related challenges, ensuring that teams can operate effectively within standardized environments and tooling frameworks. As part of the VMO’s broader mandate to standardize practices, improve flow, and drive lean/agile transformation, the Technical Enablement function acts as a central enabler that reduces technical friction, improves delivery resilience, and accelerates onboarding of new teams.

Total compensation, including possible bonuses, may vary depending on role, location, department, and individual performance.
