The Technical Enablement team within the Value Stream Management Office (VMO) plays a critical role in supporting value stream teams by providing the foundational technical capabilities, frameworks, and infrastructure required to ensure efficient, scalable, and high-quality delivery.
Specifically, the team enables consistent execution across value streams through support for configuration management, end-to-end testing, and infrastructure-related challenges, ensuring that teams can operate effectively within standardized environments and tooling frameworks.
As part of the VMO’s broader mandate to standardize practices, improve flow, and drive lean/agile transformation, the Technical Enablement function acts as a central enabler that reduces technical friction, improves delivery resilience, and accelerates onboarding of new teams - ultimately contributing to more predictable, reliable, and scalable value delivery across the organization.
