SimCorp is seeking an Investment Operations Technology Testing Consultant to join our Testing Services team and help drive testing delivery across multiple client engagements. You will apply standard testing frameworks, leverage automation where possible, and maintain deep knowledge of client-specific business processes and financial workflows.

The role emphasizes testing quality, end-to-end validation, and collaboration with clients to ensure solutions meet functional and business expectations.

Qualifications

• Educational background in STEM or Finance.
• Financial knowledge in investment banking and accounting.
• 3+ years of experience in software testing or a comparable background.
• Practical coding experience (C# preferred; Python, JavaScript, or PowerShell also welcome) and test automation experience.

Responsabilités

• Analyzing and clarifying complex business and functional requirements to ensure shared understanding of scope, risks, and quality expectations.
• Designing, executing, and maintaining test scenarios and test cases aligned with business needs.
• Engaging with customers and stakeholders through meetings on requirements, testing approach, progress, and outcomes.
• Documenting and presenting test results, defects, and quality risks in a clear and structured way.
• Supporting incident and defect management through analysis, documentation, and reporting to enable timely resolution and continuous improvement.
