PayPal is seeking a seasoned leader to drive the in-market SMB commercial organisation, setting standards for managed-book growth across the Account Management team. You will lead, coach, and empower a high-performing group of Account Managers to deliver value for merchants and partners.

You’ll apply AI-driven insights to growth and retention, collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing, and continuously improve processes to achieve ambitious commercial outcomes.

Competenze

• 8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree.
• 10+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Lead and coach a team of Account Managers against clear commercial outcomes.
• Master the use of AI to assess growth and retention opportunity across the book.
• Partner with Partner, Vendor, Product and other cross-functional teams to remove barriers and improve merchant outcomes.
