Tailor&Fox Srl in Rome, Italy, seeks an Operations Area Director to lead a large, complex site in a fast-paced environment. You will drive end-to-end service delivery, safety, quality, and continuous improvement while steering a major transformation across strategy, people, processes and performance control systems.

Competenze

• University degree (Engineering, Economics, or equivalent).
• 5–8 years of experience in a Senior Site, Plant, or Operations Management role with full responsibility for performance.
• Experience in large-scale, industrial or food production environments is highly desirable.
• Fluency in English.

Mansioni

• Oversee site production, warehousing, and logistics and be senior company representative to clients and regulators.
• Lead and supervise site managers (Production, Quality, Transport, Maintenance, Logistics).
• Define the operational organization model and production plans to meet demand and targets.
• Drive safety, quality, compliance, and ethics across the site.
