Tailor&Fox– on behalf of a leading multinational services company, is recruiting an Operations Area Director to oversee a large site in Rome, Italy. You will drive end-to-end service delivery, safety, quality, and transformation with a hands-on leadership style and a strategic, long-term vision.

The role requires 5–8 years in senior site/operations management, a university degree, and fluent English, with a competitive €100,000–€110,000 gross salary plus a 20% bonus and company car.

Competenze

• Fluency in English.
• 5–8 years of experience in Senior Site, Plant, or Operations Management.
• University degree (Engineering, Economics, or equivalent – preferred).

Mansioni

• End-to-end site management including production, operational logistics, transport services, and support functions.
• Ensure operational continuity, safety, quality, and on-time service delivery in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment.
• Act as the senior company representative towards clients, regulatory bodies, and local stakeholders.
• Ensure site operations are aligned with corporate standards, contractual commitments and customer expectations.
• Own the site Profit & Loss and manage budgets & forecasts in coordination with Headquarters.
• Define the operational organization model and production plans to meet demand and targets.
• Lead and supervise site functional managers (Production, Quality, Transport, Maintenance, Logistics).
• Drive change initiatives affecting organization design, processes, tools, and control systems.
