IQVIA Biotech in Italy (Monza area) seeks a Senior Site Contracts Associate to lead contract strategy and start-up contracting for complex studies and multi‑protocol programs. You will partner with sponsors, RSU regional teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely, compliant contracting and strong financial performance.

The role combines legal, operational, and financial contracting expertise, offers line-management opportunities, and a chance to influence contracting strategy at scale

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 5+ years of site contracting experience in sponsor or CRO.
• International contract expert experience.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of GCP/ICH and drug development.
• Proficiency with MS Word/Excel and Office tools.

Mansioni

• Develop contract strategies and proposal text to support business development.
• Create and maintain contract templates, systems, tools, processes and training materials for complex studies.
• Collaborate with sponsors, stakeholders and RSU regional teams to ensure project delivery.
• Provide legal, operational and financial contracting expertise to support site agreements.
