IQVIA Biotech seeks an experienced Senior Site Contracts Associate in Milano to oversee start‑up contracting for multi‑protocol studies. You will develop strategies, templates, and templates while collaborating with sponsors and RSU teams to ensure compliant, timely delivery.

The role may include line management responsibilities and requires strong negotiation, writing, and leadership skills within global clinical programs. This is an on‑site and home‑based, full‑time opportunity.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (required).
• 5+ years of site contracting experience within a sponsor or CRO.
• Experience as an international contract expert.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in matrix teams.
• Strong writing abilities in legal, financial and technical domains.
• Knowledge of clinical trial regulations (GCP/ICH) and drug development.

• Develop complex investigator grant estimates and contracting strategies.
• Create and maintain contract and budget templates for complex studies.
• Collaborate with sponsors, RSU regional teams to ensure delivery and sponsor compliance.
• Provide legal, operational, and financial contracting expertise for site agreements.
• Review documentation for study initiation and maintain CTMS/internal trackers.
• Mentor colleagues and provide training on contracting processes.
• Present to clients and professional bodies as needed.
• Track contracting performance metrics and ensure timely delivery.
