IQVIA in Milan seeks a Senior Consultant to join the Management Consulting team. You will develop and deliver multiple consulting projects for PharmaCos, BiotechCos, PE and investment funds, focusing on Commercial Excellence, Go-to-Market and Launch strategies, portfolio optimization, and buy/sell-side advisory.

You will design solutions, present client-specific recommendations, and collaborate with Analytics, Real World Solutions and Market Research teams to drive impactful outcomes and build

Competenze

• 5+ years of consulting experience with a primary management consulting firm.
• MSc degree in Economics/Management or Engineering with strong academic record.
• Proficiency in Italian and English (written and spoken).
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, with strong PowerPoint presentation abilities and data manipulation in Excel.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead and manage a team with solid project management abilities.
• Excellent execution skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize under tight deadlines.
• Keen to learn and rapidly develop.
• Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.

Mansioni

• Participates in the design, development and delivery of consulting projects or components of larger, complex projects.
• Engages with clients and presents client-specific solutions, often partnering with Analytics, Real World Solutions, and Market Research teams.
• Creates reports, presentations and other client deliverables.
• Conducts desk research using internal and external sources.
• Performs quantitative analyses to support recommendations.
• Supports client meetings and workshops with preparation and follow-up.
• Leads and mentors junior team members; guides and directs them.
• Supports proposal development and resource sourcing with Principals.
• Oversees project planning and execution across multiple workstreams to meet schedules and quality standards.
• Builds and maintains strong client and internal stakeholder relationships.
