IQVIA Milan is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Management Consulting team. You will develop and deliver multiple consulting projects for PharmaCos, BiotechCos, PE funds, and other clients, covering Commercial Excellence, Go-to-Market and Launch strategies.

The role involves design, development and delivery of projects, client engagement, reports, desk research, quantitative analyses, and supervision of junior team members.

Competenze

• MSc degree in Economics/Management or Engineering with strong record of academic achievement.
• 5+ years of consulting experience with a primary management consulting firm.
• Proficiency in Italian and English (written and spoken).
• Excellent MS Office skills with strong PowerPoint presentations and Excel data manipulation.

Mansioni

• Participates in the design, development and delivery of consulting projects or components of larger, complex projects.
• Engage with clients and present complete, client-specific solutions and recommendations, frequently collaborating with other IQVIA teams.
• Creates reports, presentations and other client deliverables.
• Conducts desk research to a specific brief using internal and external sources.
• Performs quantitative analyses to aid development of recommendations.
• Prepares, executes and follows up client meetings and workshops.
• Supervises junior team members and provides direction and guidance.
