Syneos Health in Milano is seeking a Senior Site Contracts Specialist with ITA contract negotiations experience to join our Clinical Solutions team. You will manage site identification, draft and negotiate CDAs and SIFs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support efficient trial start-up.

The role focuses on maintaining site performance metrics, ensuring regulatory compliance, and serving as the main contact for investigative sites throughout the start-up process.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Solid knowledge of regulations, SOPs, and project requirements for site identification.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience drafting and negotiating CDAs and site information forms (SIFs).
• Ability to monitor site performance metrics and ensure compliance.
• Experience managing cross-functional collaboration with investigative sites.

• Manage and execute the site identification process in accordance with regulations, SOPs, and project requirements.
• Complete and negotiate CDAs and SIFs with sites.
• Maintain, review, and report on site performance metrics.
