Aman Rosa Alpina seeks an experienced maintenance engineer to manage preventative maintenance and repairs of electrical and building systems. Responsibilities include diagnosing faults, servicing HVAC, and coordinating with external vendors while ensuring safety and cleanliness in all engineering spaces.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in building maintenance, with a focus on luxury environments; English is recommended for guest and staff communication.

Competenze

• Min 5 years' experience in building maintenance, preferably in luxury hotels.
• Strong skills in electrical systems and home automation.
• English language recommended.

Mansioni

• Implement and handle preventative maintenance of all equipment and update logs.
• Diagnose and repair electrical systems, devices, and related controls.
• Perform routine rounds on HVAC equipment and building systems.
• Respond promptly to guest maintenance needs in rooms and public areas.
• Handle emergency conditions such as fires or power failures.
• Maintain workshop and technical rooms in orderly, clean condition.
• Support daily building maintenance procedures and assists where required.
• Provide minor electrical installations when needed.
• Assist energy conservation programs in the hotel.
• Organize spare parts inventory and order materials as needed.
• Perform any other duties as required.
