Cardorome is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee a dedicated maintenance team and ensure guest comfort across a large property. You will respond to repair requests, perform preventive maintenance, and coordinate with engineering and housekeeping to maintain high standards.

The role requires fluency in Italian, strong front desk awareness, and a proven track record in similar properties with meeting spaces. A proactive, safety-conscious mindset is essential.

Competenze

• Fluent in Italian.
• Additional languages are a plus.
• Strong front desk and guest services understanding.
• Experience in a similar property with large meeting spaces is preferred.

Mansioni

• Respond to guest repair requests.
• Communicate with guests to resolve maintenance issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance on tools and kitchen equipment.
• Inspect and operate building shut-offs and utilities.
• Maintain maintenance inventory and reorder parts.
• Coordinate daily activities with other shifts.
• Follow safety policies and use Lockout/Tagout when required.
• Support landscaping repairs and basic painting as needed.
