Dassault Systèmes in Milan is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead customer projects across the Mediterranean Europe region. You will drive delivery lifecycle, maximize customer satisfaction and business value, while coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

The role requires strong program management experience, excellent communication with C-level stakeholders, and fluency in Italian and English. Hybrid work model with competitive compensation and benefits.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in Project Management within services, consulting or IT.
• Experience delivering customer-facing projects with budgeting responsibilities.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent customer relationship and communication skills (C-level).
• PMP, PRINCE2 or IPMA certification is a plus.
• Fluent in Italian and English.

Mansioni

• Lead customer projects from planning through closure, managing scope, timeline, budget, resources and deliverables.
• Coordinate project teams, partners and subcontractors to ensure collaboration and accountability.
• Build relationships with customers, including C-level stakeholders, and manage escalations and change requests.
• Support presales activities including project planning, budget definition and staffing.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and ensure governance and timely issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with Value Engagement standards and maximize reuse of Best Practices.
• Monitor and report project performance using 3DS PM tools and KPIs.
• Identify new business opportunities and capture lessons learned.
