• 2–5 years of professional experience in Rewards / Compensation & Benefits, HR consulting, or related analytical HR role.

Mansioni

• Contribute to supporting rewards advisory projects in Italy under the Rewards Leader and senior team members.
• Perform market benchmarking, pay structures, total rewards strategy, job architecture and incentive design analyses.
• Prepare client presentations, reports and workshops ensuring alignment with Aon methodologies.
• Act as day-to-day contact for clients on data and advisory projects, delivering timely responses.
