Replika is seeking a hands-on Lifecycle & CRM Specialist to own the lifecycle program for millions of users, handling onboarding, free-to-paid conversion, renewals and win-back.

You’ll build flows in Braze, Customer.io, Iterable or Klaviyo, segment with product and subscription data, run tests, and report revenue impact while ensuring global consent and GDPR compliance.

This fully remote role supports CET hours and offers flexible scheduling and direct impact in a consumer AI product.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on lifecycle or CRM experience in a consumer app.
• Experience building flows in modern messaging platforms.
• Strong data skills; build segments and read results independently.
• Understanding of consent, GDPR/CAN-SPAM for a global audience.
• Strong copywriting or ability to brief/edit copy.
