Job summary

DXC Technology Italy is seeking a Senior Public Sector Business Analyst to join the DXC AdvisoryX Offering in Rome, with a hybrid working pattern. You will lead interviews, own end-to-end analysis, design processes, and contribute to proposals and governance for large digital transformation initiatives.

The role requires strong BA skills, public sector consulting experience, and fluency in Italian and English. Hybrid work model and competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Engineering, Statistics or Mathematics.
• Proven experience in Management Consulting, ideally within the Public Sector.
• Advanced expertise in business process analysis, functional requirements gathering and business solution design.
• Hands-on experience with Visio, Enterprise Architect, Jira, Confluence or Azure DevOps for backlog management and requirements traceability.
• Relevant Business Analysis certifications (CBAP/CCBA, PMI-PBA) are a plus.
• Knowledge of AI and Generative AI tools to support BA activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead client interviews to identify business issues and define solutions.
• Own end-to-end functional and process analysis for Public Sector engagements.
• Document and design processes to increase efficiency and reduce lead time.
• Develop roadmaps for as-is and to-be environments.
• Contribute to proposals, bids and Statements of Work.
