DXC Technology is seeking an Expert Business Analyst to join the Custom Application Offering in Rome, with hybrid work options. The role includes end-to-end BA ownership for Public Sector projects, stakeholder coordination, and driving process improvements.

The ideal candidate has a technical or business degree and proven BA experience, especially in public sector environments. You will mentor juniors, shape requirements, and contribute to client proposals and presentations.

• Experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Public Sector.
• Expertise in process analysis and requirements definition.

Mansioni

• Take end-to-end ownership of BA activities for Public Sector, from requirements to validation.
• Lead client interviews to identify issues and propose solutions.
• Document and design processes to increase efficiency with roadmaps (as‑is and to‑be).
• Guide and support junior/mid team members on analysis and requirements gathering.
• Contribute to client presentations, workshops and proposals.
• Produce functional requirements for software development.
• Identify and manage changes to requirements and risks for clients.
• Act as interface with stakeholders for requirements gathering and validation.
• Manage client expectations effectively.
• Contribute to BA process improvements and hiring interviews.
