The ideal candidate holds a degree in relevant fields, has experience in Management Consulting, and is fluent in Italian and English. The position offers smart working possibilities and a gross annual salary starting from €48,000.

Public Sector Business Analyst

DXC Technology Italy is looking for a Public Sector Business Analyst to be part of the DXC Consulting team. In Consulting we partner with all the DXC capabilities to co‑create innovative solutions and to improve our customers and employees' experiences, design and implement differentiated products and services, smart processes, and efficient technology platforms. We turn our clients' complexities into value, through agile governance programs and change‑management frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in interviewing clients, identifying business issues and proposing solutions.


• Assist in documenting and designing processes to increase efficiency (decrease lead time, increase throughput, reduce cost, etc.).


• Help on the creation of an impact in the client’s organization to develop and transform their business and IT strategies.


• Assist in creating roadmaps describing as‑is and to‑be customer environments.


• Contribute to proposals, bids, Statements of Work and other deliverables using a concise, professional writing style.


• Contribute to shaping, preparing, and delivering client presentations, workshops and proposals.


• Coach and support individual clients focusing on their personal success.


• Identify risks and assumptions and shape program governance.


• Take part in large Digital Transformation engagements with cross‑functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master degree in one of the following areas: Computer Science, Computer engineering, Management Engineering, Statistics and Mathematics.


• Previous experience in Management Consulting domain (Public Sector).


• Italian mother tongue and Good English (both oral and written).


• The ideal candidate has relational and analytical skills, with constant focus on the goals, team‑working ability and proficient Italian and English (both oral and written).

Location

Rome (RM) with smart working possibility.

Compensation

The position offers a gross annual base salary starting from €48,000. Compensation is determined in line with the applicable collective labor agreement (CBA: Contratto Collettivo Nazionale di Lavoro per l’industria metalmeccanica e della installazione di impianti) and based on objective and gender‑neutral criteria, including responsibility, experience and skills.
