Job summary

DXC Technology Italy is seeking a Senior Public Sector Business Analyst to join the DXC AdvisoryX Offering in Rome. You will lead client interviews, own end-to-end process analysis, and design efficient processes within Public Sector engagements.

The role requires advanced expertise in business analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder collaboration, with a focus on transforming client business and IT strategies. Hybrid work and a competitive base salary are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Engineering, Economics, Statistics or Mathematics.
• Experience in Management Consulting, Public Sector domain preferred.
• Familiarity with REGIS, OpenCoesione, FSC, SIL, and monitoring of strategic programs.
• Experience with Data Intelligence and/or AI-related projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead client interviews to identify business issues and define solutions.
• Own end-to-end functional and process analysis in Public Sector engagements.
• Design processes to increase efficiency and reduce cost.
• Develop and transform client business and IT strategies.
• Create roadmaps for as-is and to-be environments.
• Assist in proposals, bids, and SOWs with concise writing.
• Prepare and deliver client presentations and workshops.
• Mentor junior/mid-level colleagues on analysis and requirements gathering.
• Support clients to ensure personal success.
