Baker Hughes in Firenze, Italy is seeking a Project Management Senior Specialist – Project Planning to lead proposal planning, schedule development and cross‑functional coordination across functions. Proficiency in Primavera P6, Excel and BI tools is expected.

You will manage schedules, perform risk analysis, and mentor teams while ensuring alignment with customer requirements and internal governance, delivering high‑quality, competitive proposals.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in project planning, proposal planning, or project controls.
• Experience with Agile methodologies is advantageous.
• Strong schedule development, critical path analysis, and risk assessment skills.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, Excel, and BI tools.

• Develop and maintain proposal schedules by integrating customer requirements, bid strategies, delivery assumptions and milestones into an integrated planning scenario.
• Support sales and commercial teams in developing realistic and competitive schedules aligned with technical, commercial, procurement, manufacturing and delivery requirements.
• Perform schedule risk analysis to identify critical paths, bottlenecks, and mitigation plans with cross-functional input.
• Provide schedule leadership during the proposal phase, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and governance compliance.
• Prepare and maintain planning handover documentation for transition to the OTR planning team upon project award.
• Advise functional managers on planning methodologies, scheduling practices, risk assessments, and process improvements.
• Monitor bid planning performance and capture lessons learned for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with planning and execution teams to incorporate lessons learned into future bids and projects.
• Support customer interactions related to planning activities and respond to clarifications during proposals.
• Ensure compliance with company planning standards, tools, and methodologies.
