Baker Hughes is looking for a Project Management Senior Specialist - Project Planning in Italy to deliver robust project plans and ensure successful execution across our energy technology initiatives. The role emphasizes coordinating schedules, resources, and communications to satisfy customers and optimize performance.

You will manage risks, lead cross-functional teams, and maintain rigorous reporting while traveling up to 50% to sites or suppliers as needed.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university.
• Approx. 5-8 years of work experience with proven project operations experience.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in MS Office 365; familiarity with Oracle ERP and Primavera P6 is advantageous.

Mansioni

• Create and maintain project plans with target dates and baselines.
• Lead project planning for medium to high complexity projects.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues affecting project results.
• Ensure access to accurate reports and documentation for customers.
• Track project milestones, KPIs, and forecast changes for reviews.
