Baker Hughes in Italy is seeking a Project Management Specialist - Project Planning to drive project delivery and profitability. You will manage planning, reporting, and cross-functional coordination to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project outcomes.

The role requires engineering education and 2-4 years of experience with strong communication and leadership skills, plus familiarity with MS Excel, SharePoint, PowerApps, and Oracle/Primavera tools. Flexible working options may apply.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university.
Approx. 2-4 years of work experience, ideally in project operations.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Ability to influence others and lead small teams/initiatives.
Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously; analytical and organized.
Good knowledge of MS Excel; experience with SharePoint, PowerApps, Forms and Flow; Oracle ERP and Primavera P6 advantageous.
