Baker Hughes is seeking a Manufacturing Experienced Professional to oversee production planning and scheduling. The role requires coordinating with supplier planning, monitoring site execution, and updating project schedules to protect contractual targets.

Ideal candidates will have a BSc in Engineering, strong MS Office skills, and fluency in English and Italian. ERP and Primavera knowledge is preferred.

• Fluent in English; Italian language skills advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and data analysis skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing management, production and inventory control.

Mansioni

• Define and issue the Project Schedule of construction activities.
• Validate the progress of the site activities submitted by supplier weekly.
• Update the schedule with actual status and highlight risks.
• Report manpower analysis and identify bottlenecks.
• Coordinate material requirements with Engineering and Procurement teams.
• Develop and update Inventory Balance estimation according to sales plan.
