Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 2–4 years of project operations experience, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Excel, SharePoint, and Oracle ERP. The role supports flexible working patterns.

The Project Management Specialist - Project Planning will collaborate with others to build the best solutions for our business. As a Project Planner, you will be responsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resources.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Creating project plan, providing target dates and timing baseline to involved functions, prioritizing critical tasks and constraints, making sure they are accurately integrated into project planning scenario.
• Guaranteeing other functions have access to accurate reports and projections, and relevant documents are available for the customer.
• Maintaining the progress & main schedule risks for each project and regularly communicate updates to his/her manager as well as colleagues and other functional managers.
• Contributing to project execution as a project team member or leading small projects.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university or college.
• Approx. 2-4 years of work experience, ideally in project operations.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to influence others and lead small teams/initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
• Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously. Effective problem identification and solution skills. Proven analytical and organizational ability.
• Good knowledge of O365 apps (at least very good at MS Excel, experience with Sharepoint, PowerApps, Forms and Flow), knowledge of systems such as Oracle ERP and Primavera P6 is advantageous.

For Italy: The initial pay range for this position will be EUR 43,600 To 70,000.
"The provisions of Contratto Collettivo Industria Metalmeccanica e della installazione di impianti will be applied to this position. Section VI – Titolo IV of that collective bargaining agreement relates to pay".
