Baker Hughes, based in Florence, Italy, invites applications for an Engineering Operations Lead Analyst role. The candidate will support MDC Engineering and Projects operations, report to the Global Engineering Leaders, and work within a diverse global team to manage data analytics, planning, forecasting, and KPI reporting.

Key responsibilities include coordinating headcount/resource planning, cost/performance oversight, and collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and present
