Baker Hughes in Florence, Italy is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Configuration Engineer to oversee infrastructure templates, BOMs, PDOCs, and QCPs across the Florence core products and P&M portfolio. You will drive improvements, govern configuration rules, and collaborate with Systems Engineers, Design Engineers and Product Owners to ensure data integrity and compliant governance.

This role supports Baker Hughes' digital transformation and requires strong PLM experience and a systems-thinking

Competenze

Master's degree in Engineering from a recognized university.
Strong knowledge of PLM systems and BOM management.
Hands-on experience with Product Configurators or similar tools.
Experience in Systems Engineering or related field.

Mansioni

Collaborate with engineers and product owners to translate inputs into infrastructure templates and BOMs.
Own and govern QCP templates for Florence core products and the P&M portfolio in TPS Teamcenter PLM.
Define and improve configuration rules for new products in product configurators.
Ensure timely generation of project BOMs and PDOCs per procedures and Work Instructions.
Lead change-management activities for infrastructure templates.
Develop and maintain Work Instructions, Procedures, and standards.
Provide status updates to leadership on progress and risks.
Coordinate with external providers to implement infrastructure solutions.
