Baker Hughes in Italy seeks a Supplier Fulfillment Manager - Sourcing Management to lead delivery of direct materials for Gas Turbine Flow Business. You will ensure On Time Delivery, collaborate with suppliers and internal teams, and drive performance improvements.

You will have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, strong procurement/SCM experience, leadership, and willingness to travel up to 20%. Fluency in Italian and English and ERP/Excel skills are required.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Economics, or MBA, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in Procurement, Operations, Supply Chain, Project Management and/or Commercial.
• Demonstrated leadership to drive execution and influence stakeholders.
• Ability to quickly learn new products, business areas and managed commodities.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% to regional and international locations.
• Fluency in Italian and English; EU passport.

Mansioni

• Manage delivery of materials for assigned Suppliers, monitoring the production plan and coordinating Logistics until receiving into the systems.
• Collaborate with Material Management, Manufacturing and Global Supplier Execution Process Excellence Team to ensure material availability.
• Partner with Suppliers to ensure On Time Delivery for documentation and materials.
• Provide feedback on supplier performance to refine strategy and ensure alignment with Gas Turbine flow business.
• Support procurement initiatives through continuous improvement projects.
