Yara is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead digital products across a European farmer and retailer platform. You will own discovery through launch, collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams, and align regional needs with a shared platform.

The role requires 7+ years in digital product management, a relevant degree (MBA a plus), and strong stakeholder management across multiple countries. Travel across Europe may be needed.

Competenze

• 7+ years in digital product management, including senior/lead roles.
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
• Proven track record delivering digital products on complex platforms with multiple integrated systems and teams.
• Experience coordinating across countries, markets or business units.
• Comfortable discussing system architecture, integrations and data.
• Fluent in English; additional European language is a plus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally across Europe.
