Behind everything we do for our farmers, there is one AGCO team making it happen. We are proud to put our curiosity to work, building a better and more sustainable world. Cross-Functional Collaboration : you partner closely with Manufacturing, Purchasing, Cost Engineering, Quality, and Product Management teams to align technical solutions. Work closely with Design Cost Analysts (DCA) and engineering modules to ensure technical data supports product cost tracking and business decision-making. Provide technical guidance and clarification to stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.

Ensure engineering readiness for program gateways and product development checkpoints. Communicate technical risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans to project and functional leadership.
