You will work cross-functionally with Commercial, Technical, Regulatory, Innovation, and global Product Management teams to translate market insights into action that drives performance and growth. Responsibilities include developing portfolio strategy for the assigned geography, managing products and SKUs

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years in product management, marketing, or sales in agriculture (biostimulants, fertilizers, or plant nutrition preferred).
• Strong business, pricing, and financial acumen.
• Fluent in English and Italian with excellent communication.

Aufgaben

• Develop and optimize product positioning, portfolio strategy, and communication for the assigned geography.
• Manage products and SKUs through lifecycle, including information, sampling, reviews, and launches.
• Define pricing guidelines by product line and advise on costs, margins, and exceptions.
• Collaborate on sales budgets, margin forecasts, and performance monitoring.
• Translate market and customer insights into portfolio recommendations.
