ADAMA Ltd. in Italy is seeking a Campaign & Portfolio Manager to own the Corn, Rice and Row Crops portfolio, develop marketing strategies, lead campaigns and product launches, and work with Sales to drive growth and profitability.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the role combines cross-functional collaboration with Sales, requires fluency in Italian and English, and offers a hybrid work model with 2 days on site near Bergamo and 20–30% travel.

• Proven marketing experience within agriculture or crop protection.
• Strong agronomy knowledge or crop protection background.
• Degree in Agriculture or related discipline.
• Strong commercial, analytical and strategic skills.

ADAMA is looking for a Campaign & Portfolio Manager to lead our Corn, Rice and Row Crops portfolio in Italy. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will own the development and execution of marketing strategies, campaigns, product launches and portfolio plans, working closely with Sales and cross-functional teams to drive growth and profitability.

Key Areas Of Responsibility Include

• Developing mid- and long-term marketing and portfolio strategies
• Leading product launches, campaigns, field activities and promotional plans
• Driving portfolio performance, pricing, volume and profitability
• Identifying customer, market and competitor opportunities
• Working closely with Sales to strengthen go-to-market and channel strategies
• Leading strategic growth projects across Corn and Rice
• Collaborating with EAME Marketing and Regulatory, Supply, Finance, Product Development and Communications teams

What You Will Bring

• Proven marketing experience within agriculture, crop protection or a related sector
• Strong agronomy/crop protection knowledge
• A degree in Agriculture or a related discipline
• Strong commercial, analytical and strategic skills
• Fluent Italian and English
• Willingness to travel 20-30% Note this is a Hybrid role with 2 days per week at the facilities near Bergamo.
