team.blue is seeking a Senior PPC Specialist (Google + Meta) to join our Marketing team in Florence. You will develop, implement and manage online campaigns to drive traffic, leads and brand awareness while optimizing CAC in line with our benchmarks.

You should have at least 2 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta campaigns, strong analytics skills with Google Analytics, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to collaborate with creative, content and web teams to improve

Competenze

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience managing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta.
• Strong grasp of digital marketing channels, including PPC, social media (Meta, LinkedIn) and display ads.
• Proficiency with marketing automation tools.
• Excellent analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics.
• Skilled Excel user with pivot tables and advanced functions.
• Strong communication and project management abilities.
• Creative mindset with keen attention to detail for ad assets.

• Devise marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
