Henry Schein Italy is seeking an experienced PPC Manager to lead and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Bing, Meta Ads, and other platforms for the EMEA region. You will monitor performance, run audits, create compelling ad copies, collaborate with Analytics, and drive improvements through AI-assisted techniques and HubSpot landing pages.

Fluency in English is required; international experience is advantageous.

Competenze

• 3+ years hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns, ideally in international/EMEA context.
• Proven proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Bing Ads.
• Strong understanding of PPC channels, structures and strategies.
• Experience with GA, GTM, and conversion/audience tracking.
• Experience with large budgets and multi-country campaigns.
• HubSpot landing pages experience.
• Proficiency in ad copy and asset creation.
• Knowledge of SEO, social, programmatic, and email channels.
• Google Ads Certification is preferred.
• Strong English communication skills; other European languages a plus.
• Agency experience is an advantage.

Mansioni

• Set up, manage and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Bing, Meta Ads and other PPC platforms.
• Monitor daily performance and implement optimisations including bid strategies, keyword reviews and ad testing.
• Drive EMEA Shopping Campaigns, manage campaigns, feed health checks and CSS opportunities.
• Conduct regular account audits in EMEA to identify performance improvements.
• Analyse campaign data to derive insights and recommendations for the region.
• Create copies and assets for PPC campaigns, using AI tools where helpful.
• Collaborate with Analytics to ensure performance tracking and measurement.
• Report on CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPA, conversion rate and learnings to scale best practices.
• Support automation tools and AI-driven optimisation techniques.
• Contribute to SEO and website discussions where PPC overlaps with broader strategy.
• Assist in creating HubSpot landing pages for PPC campaigns, including SEO best practices and A/B testing.
