Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Pricing & Revenue based in Italy to lead the Pricing & Revenue domain for a global travel marketplace.

You will own pricing strategies, monetization, and revenue optimization while driving measurable commercial outcomes. You will partner with engineering and other teams to translate complex marketplace dynamics into practical product decisions, operating with significant autonomy in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience owning a product or business area end to end.
• Proven ability to drive commercial or business results for a product area.
• Strong understanding of marketplace economics, pricing, revenue, and monetization.
• Experience working with engineering on technically complex products.
• Ability to operate independently in high-pressure and ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the Pricing & Revenue product domain end to end, including outcomes, roadmap, and priorities.
• Define success metrics and commercial objectives for the domain.
• Determine how hotel supply should be selected and distributed across connections.
• Develop pricing and margin strategies across customers, suppliers, markets, and contexts.
• Identify opportunities to improve take rate, revenue, competitiveness, and marketplace economics.
• Collaborate with engineering on real-time supplier connectivity.
• Design, prioritize, and test experiments to validate hypotheses.
