You will work with business leaders to understand needs and develop tailored HR solutions, while assisting managers on recruitment, performance management, talent development, and conflict resolution.

The role emphasizes reward policy implementation, learning initiatives with the Center of Excellence, and compliant HC planning.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, psychology, economics, data management/analytics or communication.
• 7–10 years of experience as HRBP or in HR Center of Excellence.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor regulations.
• Proven ability to manage projects and initiatives.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Work with business leaders to understand needs and tailor HR solutions.
• Support managers on recruitment, performance management, talent development, and conflict management.
• Implement reward policies and coordinate related processes with Reward units.
• Support development and learning initiatives with the Center of Excellence.
• Ensure HC planning balances business needs and costs within targets.
