Job summary

Kelvion in Italy seeks a Sales Manager PEC to drive growth in the Power, Energy, Chemicals and Oil & Gas sectors. You will expand Kelvion's presence in the Italian PEC market, nurture relationships with key accounts, and lead negotiations from initial contact to contract closure.

A mechanical engineering background and fluent Italian/English are required; strong knowledge of heat exchangers and thermodynamics, plus CRM experience, are expected.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in PEC (Power, Energy, Chemicals and Oil & Gas), Industrial Sales and Business Development.
• Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent qualification, alternatively relevant commercial experience.
• Strong knowledge of heat exchangers, thermodynamics, thermal and fluid mechanics.
• Commercial and managerial competence, including negotiation skills and reporting knowledge.
• Sound understanding of marketing, management and commercial law.
• Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working with CRM systems.
• Self‑starter with a strong customer focus, excellent communication skills, leadership skills and a value‑selling mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop connections within already identified relevant accounts with PEC market.
• Customer acquisition and care; maintain existing customer base; identify and win new customers.
• Position Kelvion products at early project stage.
• Technical and commercial negotiations.
• Preparation of calculations and quotes including follow‑up and contract closures.
• Identify existing local service contractors acting in the region and cooperate with them.
• Prepare the necessary market analyses.
• Lead a team.
