Kelvion seeks a Sales Manager HVAC & Refrigeration Italy to drive growth, strengthen customer relationships and expand Kelvion’s Italian HVAC & Refrigeration market presence. You will lead strategic accounts, manage technical and commercial negotiations, and develop quotes and contracts.

Ideal candidates have years of experience in HVAC & Refrigeration and Data Center sectors, a mechanical engineering background, fluency in English and Italian, and strong leadership with a customer-focused,

Competenze

Several years of experience in HVAC & Refrigeration, Data Center Business, Industrial Sales and Business Development
Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent qualification, alternatively relevant commercial experience
Strong knowledge of heat exchangers, thermodynamics, thermal and fluid mechanics
Commercial and managerial competence, including negotiation skills and reporting knowledge
Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken

Mansioni

Develop connections within already identified relevant accounts with HVAC & Refrigeration and Data Centermarket
Customer acquisition and care; maintain existing customer base; identify and win new customers
Position Kelvion products at early project stage
Technical and commercial negotiations
Preparation of calculations and quotes including follow-up and contract closures
Identify existing local service contractors acting in the region and cooperate with them
Prepare the necessary market analyses
Lead a team
