Kelvion is seeking a Sales Manager PEC Italy to drive growth in the Power, Energy, Chemicals, and Oil & Gas sectors. You will strengthen customer relationships, develop presence in the Italian PEC market, and lead project negotiations from early stages to contract closures.

The role requires extensive PEC experience, a mechanical engineering background, fluency in English and Italian, and strong leadership with a value-selling approach. Competitive compensation and structured bonus apply.

Competenze

• Several years of experience in PEC (Power, Energy, Chemicals and Oil & Gas), Industrial Sales and Business Development.
• Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent qualification, or relevant commercial experience.
• Strong knowledge of heat exchangers, thermodynamics, and thermal and fluid mechanics.
• Commercial and managerial competence, including negotiation skills and reporting knowledge.
• Understanding of marketing, management and commercial law.
• Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems.
• Self-starter with strong customer focus, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a value-selling mindset.

Mansioni

• Develop connections within identified PEC accounts at market level.
• Acquire and care for customers; maintain base and win new clients.
• Position Kelvion products at early project stages.
• Conduct technical and commercial negotiations.
• Prepare calculations and quotes; follow-up and close contracts.
• Identify local service contractors and cooperate with them.
• Prepare market analyses.
• Lead a team.
