Kelvion is seeking a Sales Manager for HVAC & Refrigeration in Italy. You will drive business growth, strengthen customer relationships, and expand Kelvion’s presence in the Italian HVAC & Refrigeration market.

You will lead a regional team, negotiate technically and commercially, prepare calculations and quotes, and build a strong service contractor network across the region. Fluent English and Italian are required, with a Mechanical Engineering background preferred.

Competenze

• Several years of experience in HVAC & Refrigeration, Industrial Sales and Business Development.
• Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken.

Mansioni

• Develop connections within identified accounts in HVAC & Refrigeration market.
• Acquire new customers and care for existing base; win new business.
• Lead technical and commercial negotiations and prepare calculations and quotes.
• Identify local service contractors and cooperate with them.
• Manage market analyses and lead a regional team.
