Job summary

Kelvion is seeking a Sales Manager for PEC (Power, Energy, Chemicals and Oil & Gas) in Italy to drive growth and strengthen relationships across the Italian PEC market. The role focuses on expanding Kelvion's footprint by engaging strategic accounts and steering projects from early stage to closure.

You will negotiate technically and commercially, prepare quotes and calculations, and collaborate with local service contractors while leading a team.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in PEC (Power, Energy, Chemicals and Oil & Gas)
• Industrial sales and business development experience
• Fluency in English and Italian
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Responsibilities

• Develop connections within identified PEC accounts in Italy
• Acquire new customers and care for existing ones
• Position Kelvion products at early project stages
• Conduct technical and commercial negotiations
• Prepare calculations and quotes and close contracts
• Identify local service contractors and cooperate with them
• Conduct market analyses
• Lead a team
